Butte County, Calif. – In the latest sign that local leaders from every corner of the 1st Congressional District are unifying behind Assemblyman James Gallagher for Congress, today Gallagher announced an impressive list of endorsements from Butte County. The continuing endorsements send a strong message that Gallagher is the natural choice to fill the open seat created by the sudden passing of Congressman Doug LaMalfa.

Assemblyman James Gallagher’s family has called the North State home since the 1800s. Since being elected to the State Assembly in 2014, James has been a voice for common-sense policies that reduce burdensome regulations and taxes on families and small businesses, reduce wildfire risk, support law enforcement and protect the North State’s water resources.
